Equipment Quality
The quality control at Polair begins in the initial stage selection of a provider of parts and components. A continuous evaluation system is in place as well as the quality control of manufacturing materials acquired. Our partners include leading European manufacturers.

In the production area, a multilayer quality control system is implemented. Its work begins in the initial level of components and raw material shipments; continues in various stages of the technology process, and completes when the products are ready for shipment.

Each equipment unit (refrigerated cabinets, split systems and monoblocks) is tested on the conveyer before a serial number is assigned. The machine is connected to the power grid for a short time in order to measure the check parameters of the refrigerating unit. All parameters controlled are recorded and permanently stored in the database.
