Explore your warranty certificate! It must feature the information about the contacts in case of POLAIR equipment fault.

The warranty period for all POLAIR products is one year. Warranty repair must be completed within 72 hours from the time of the claim.

After a year, you can apply to the company which has provided your after-sales service or to any other Polair official partner to sign an agreement for post-warranty maintenance.
