На борта можно разместить витрину для ингредиентов, не занимая, при этом, пространства столешницы. <br> <br> Охлаждаемое отделение рассчитано на размещение противней или ящиков для теста формата EN40x60 на 7 уровнях направляющих в каждом из отсеков.<br> <br> Цельнозаливной корпус стола обеспечивает отменную термоизоляцию и прочность. Двери с механизмом самозакрывания снабжены легкозаменяемым уплотнителем с магнитной вставкой. Холодильный агрегат полностью выдвигается с фронтальной стороны для удобства обсулуживания. QR код, размещенный на столе, дает доступ к индивидуальному паспорту изделия и системе Smart Service.<br> <br> Продуманная конструкция, высокоэффективная холодильная система, применение пропана в качестве хладагента обеспечивают рекордно низкое потребление электроэнергии холодильных столов Polair.
