CR10-L (230V)

• 10-уровневый шокер обеспечивает качественные охлаждение и заморозку больших объемов продуктов, как свежих, так и приготовленных, причем сразу после их термообработки. Завершение циклов - по времени и по достижению целевой температуры в продукте - термощуп в комплекте поставки. Направляющие подходят для размещения GN1/1 и EN40x60. Расстояние между направляющими составляет 80 мм. Оттайка – естественными теплопритоками. Шокер рассчитан на подключение к электросети 230V / 50 Hz. 10-level blast chiller cabinet under a standard outlet.
